The Texas Transportation Code lets you use your golf cart in a master plan community, but that community has to have restrictive covenants and an approved plat.<\/p>\n

So a quick ride up to Deer Run off Highway 276 usually qualifies. But a spontaneous shopping run to the stores on Highway 34 definitely doesn’t.<\/p>\n
